HSP-90 Double station hook rotating type shot blasting machine is suitable to the bulk workpiece surface shot blasting cleaning and strengthened; this machine widely adapted to strengthen and remove oxide skin for gear, gear shaft, crankshaft, engine connecting rod, diaphragm spring, artillery shell and others after heat treatment workpieces and make the surface of the workpiece to achieve the silver, and eliminate the stress, improve the adhesion of surface coating; and the shot blasting process of the workpiece can increase surface prestress, and increase the fatigue strength, reach to shot peening and clean up.
Machine structure and features
This machine is consisted of blast wheel, cleaning chamber group, hook revolution (two stations for conversion) and rotation device ( two positions for rotation - Transfer and moving Group) and projectile circulation system (including screw conveyor, bucket elevator, separator, flow adjustment device), the door, dust removal system and electrical system.
There are two stations in blast cleaning room shown 180 degrees , Transfer and moving Group is equipped with two hook assembly fixtures, workpiece hung on the hanger, the revolution by the rotating chamber into the blasting work area. Blasting area have front stop and back stop two stations, the hook will rotation work in the two positions , high-speed of blast wheel throws the bullet hit the uniform elastic beam segment on the workpiece, so that each part of the workpiece has been effectively cleared or strengthened; in the clean-up at the same time, another station can conveniently clamp, remove the workpiece. The workpiece surface was shot and fell down the debris by cleaning will go to bucket elevator by screw converyor, by lifting to the separator to be separated,small dust will be sucked to the dust collector by fan routing dust removal pipe, by the filter bag is filter, clean air go into the air, dust and broken balls go into the waste bin (user owned ), projectile separation after purification to flow control device With two blast wheels, make the projectile can be recycled.
Blast wheel seat adopts gantry structure, convenient inspection and maintenance.The front door of the cleaning room is provided with a regional sensor, which provides a safe and good working environment for the operator.
In direct blasting shot area in cleaning chamber body and a rotating chamber all use imported high manganese steel Mn13 (4-5 years no need to replace), enhances the chamber body and support in the use performance and service life.
Design and operation sequence
There is no pit and without foundation of this machine, the room body is mainly composed of a rotated shot blasting chamber, the shot blasting chamber is divided into two parts, shot blasting unit and pill material removal unit. Each unit is equipped with rotary hook, need cleaned workpiece will hanged on the hook. Loading area is opening, when the workpiece on one side of the room body is blast cleaned, we can load and unload on another side of the room body. Regardless of the chamber body is rotated to any position, as long as the chamber body stop rotation, pill material flow is immediately cut off. Continuous rotated hook can be in the left anterior for each shot cycle. Pellets after separation unit remove impurities to feed to blast wheel.
